COMPETITION MANAGEMENT/COMPLIANCE
COMPETITION MANAGEMENT/COMPLIANCE
EXPLANATION
Sporty administrators need to assign registered person(s) into their respective team for the current season. This includes players coaches and any volunteers. This will enable participants to be chosen for teams on match days.
EXPLANATION
You must assign scoring access at the beginning of each new season for all teams within your club/school. These people must be registered and assigned the access from your Sporty admin within your teambuilder or have been given the 'scorer code' and entered this after downloading the My Rugby Manager App from the Apple or Google Play store.
EXPLANATION
The My Rugby app can be downloaded onto your phone through the Apple Store or Google Play Store and is to be used by all team managers of senior and secondary school grade teams. The app is used to build match day teamsheets, score games, assign scoring to individual players, submitting match scores and more.
Please note: ensure your device is running the latest version of software as the MyRugby app gets updated to the latest releases.
EXPLANATION
Build teamsheets using preloaded player information on the MyRugby App. If your team fixtures or players aren't showing up in the app, ask your club Sporty administator to make sure you are assigned to your team and all registered players have been assigned (refer to steps above)
For Adult Premier Mens and Womens, and 1st XV teams it's important your team lists are initally submitted by MD-2or1 for the weekly Match Day programme.
EXPLANATION
Requests for venue alterations or start times must be made using the online Match Change Request form. The request must be submitted by the Club Captain or Operations delegate of the club requesting the alteration and contain evidence of agreement from the opposition team.
The request must be received at least 10 days prior to the fixture due to be played.
Any request for a referee within 10 days of the game being played may result in a fee, of up to $50 payable to the Otago Rugby Referees Association, no guarantee of a referee being found is provided.
